Term Life Insurance All health insurance plans are designed to protect anindividual or family from the ordinary expenses of medical procedures and visits but also for major unanticipated problems. Major medical procedures could hurt ones financial position in a major way if not covered and it could take years to recover financially.
Indemnity policies allow individuals or families to choose any doctor they wish when selecting health care services. Indemnity policies offer the most flexibility in services, but are sometimes more costly.
HMO policies or Health Maintenance Organization policies provide employers an efficient way to provide of all their employees’ health care needs at reduced costs. Employees must use specific doctors and hospitals to qualify for reduced fees.
PPO policies or Preferred Provider Organization plans allow an employer to provide employees with reduced costs similar to an HMO, but allow employees to choose the doctor they want to visit instead of being restricted to the HMO list of providers.
Life insurance policies are designed to protect a family and other individuals who depend on financial support from a particular Family member or members. If a primary family member dies Life Insurance protects either all or some of the income, for dependants that will lose financial support. |
