Here are some questions to ask potential agents:

  1. Do you have access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?

  2. How may homes have you sold in the past year?

  3. What is your commission?

  4. How long on average have homes listed by the agent been on the market before being sold?

  5. Does the agent work full time or part time?

  6. How does the agent market homes?

  7. Are you affiliated with any professional organizations
