Hinged Door Installation

For hinged doors, there is generally no top track. First you must determine the direction of the swing. The hinge is typically on the opposite side of the showerhead so it's easy to reach in and operate the controls.
  1. Prepare the door by installing any of the hardware first. For example, if the door comes with a seal, pivot pin and hinge expander jamb install these first.

  2. Lift the door in to place and slide the hinge jamb over the all jamb and strike expander over the other wall jamb.

  3. Adjust the two expanders as required for a good fit. Secure them with drilling screws as directed.
