January 24, 2012 - Real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that the Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant will soon have to start packing after losing his three mansions in his divorce settlement reportedly worth $75 million.One of the homes in Newport Beach was purchased in October 2001 for $1.7 million. The property was built in 1997 and sits on nearly half an acre of land. The estate offers nearly 6,500 square feet of living space including six bedrooms.According to the blog, the couple purchased a second home in July 2003 just blocks away from their first home located in the Pelican Ridge neighborhood. They reportedly spent $2.65 million on the slightly smaller home which sits on more than a quarter acre of land. Sources say the home was transferred to his soon-to-be wife the same day as the first home and is occupied by her mother.The third home was purchased in June 2008, and was last listed at $10.9 million though the couple only paid $9.54 million. Their last real estate purchase as a couple is the most extravagant offering 14,000 square feet of living space including six bedrooms and nine full bathrooms.Many speculate as to if she will keep all three homes or if she will be looking for movers to bring in new owners.
