November 14, 2011 - Jessica Simpson said she won’t marry her fiance and former NFL player Eric Johnson until after having her their baby. She also won’t be moving into a condo she was spotted looking at in New York.The New York Post reported that she was spotted with her sister Ashlee looking for a new home in New York, checking out a couple locations including the building in New York’s Soho district where Justin Timberlake has a penthouse.Reports say that Jessica is more likely to be bummed that she didn’t get the chance to think about the other property at 55 Thompson she checked out because another renter snatched it up. The building is best known for replacing the historic Tunnel Garage.The Thompson building is located in the heart of Soho and surrounded by boutiques, cafes and tons of community events. The unit she looked at was listed to rent for $25,000 a month and had three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, perfect for her soon-to-be growing family. Other features include high ceilings and a gas-powered fireplace.The building itself offers tons of amenities including a 24-hour doorman, concierge and of course a fitness center to get back into shape post baby.It’s not surprising that someone else signed so quickly, but who will be moving in over Simpson is still a mystery.
