Former COO of Coach moving out of Manhattan

January 12, 2012 - Sources report that Keith Monda, the former president of Coach has finally found movers for his home in Manhattan after a series of price cuts. The home was reportedly first listed at $32 million in April 2010 and has sold for $22.4 million. Monda purchased the home from Walt Disney's niece, Abigail Disney, in 2006 for $15.5 million. It has not been reported who will be moving boxes into the mansion next.

The home has 12,270 square feet of living space spread across 6 floors including five bedrooms and over six bathrooms. The estate is said to be one of the only buildings on Central Park that remains a single residence, but it has not been reported if the new buyer will be transforming it into a multi-family home.

According to the listing, the home was built in 1887 and still has a Contemporary style while having many upgrades. Some features of the home include a 60-foot lap pool, two offices, a chef's kitchen, fitness center and a designated area for massages. The estate also has double-height ceilings as well as an elevator. Outside of the home, the new owners will enjoy park views from the roof terrace as well as an outdoor dining area surrounded by a Zen garden.
