Lyons bought the home back in 2004 for $1.3 million with her soon-to-be-ex husband, and it is back on the market for $3.75 million.The North Slope Townhouse that was built in the 1880s and has been gracing the cover of home magazines for a long time. The home has been updated to have all modern amenities including all new electric and plumbing. Despite these renovations, the home maintains original details including aged pine flooring and limestone mantels.The home has seven bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms spread out among four floors. The property totals more than 4,400 square feet. The master bedroom has access to a private terrace that overlooks the outdoor garden - somewhat of a rarity in New York.Other loved features of the house include the chef’s kitchen with a dine-in eating space that opens to a large family room. Downstairs, a wine cellar has been converted into a media lounge space.The estate has gained a lot of popularity while Lyons resided there and should have folks calling for movers in no time.
