Too Expensive

I paid way too much over what they estimated, and the guy at the office told me that I was going to be able to paid with credit card, but last minute they said no. They charged me $400 in material but the only material they used was tape, like 6 rolls, and cushion blanket that they keep when they finish, and 2 boxes -- everything else was ready to move.
