Not Woth It
Almost all of our very expensive furniture was either chipped, scratched, or stained. The
moving team was very very late and we had to make the move late at night, in the dark. This is probably why there was so much damage. Plus not everything fit in the truck so we had to move quite a lot of stuff ourselves over the next few days. The guys worked very hard and were respectful, but I highly recommend full coverage insurance if you decide to use this company. Also, when they tell you they will be there between 1 and 3, don't expect them to actually start moving your stuff until after 6.

I would like to apologize on my companies behalf to this customer. The customer reserved an afternoon slot and it was suppose to be the second move for the day, unfortunately, the first move took much longer than expected which made the crew to be late. however we were in constant communication with the customer, updating her about the situation. Once the movers got there, they did work hard to finish it quicker, however there were some damages that happen(I don't have the details for now,since the paperwork is in our claims department). we also send a 24-foot truck, which is a standard size truck for local moves.once the customer notified us the damages, our claims adjuster has reviewed her claim and made a settlement recommendation based on the valuation coverage she selected, which was at 0.60cents per pound per article. had she bought the full coverage option, she could have been reimbursed at face value, but in this case we are offering a settlement for the standard valuation coverage. once again, we are very sorry for the damages and inconvieniece that we caused and we are willing to settle this per our contract.
