Awful
We have yet to receive our goods and the price jump was absolutely ridiculous. They have no idea what's going on, ever. They change their stories constantly and then refuse to call you back. We picked this
moving company because the price was good and our sales rep was wonderful. She no longer is working with us and the boss is rude and doesn't listen. For awhile we had no idea where our stuff was or if we'd ever even get it back. This is a huge nightmare and I absolutely cannot believe a professional company would treat any customers like we've been treated.
