The Move That Didn't

I received a binding estimate of $999 for 333 cu ft @ $3/cf. I made sure my total was less than 333 cf. After the Moving 1 person had my possessions securely locked in his truck, and had received the agreed upon half fee up front, I was informed that they could move me for $1900. I said I had a quote for $999 based on cubic feet, but they said I had more items than were listed on the original inventory. Their office had listed all my clothing & housewares as 1 item because we weren't sure how many total boxes we'd have. As a result, they off loaded my belongings and have to date kept my $500. This moving company was totally unsatisfactory and unprofessional and should be avoided at all cost... no pun intended.
