Disappointment

When I was given the cost, with the breakdown of pricing. i.e., number of trucks: 1 number of movers: 3 Men Hourly Rate: $115.00 Job Hours: 4 Hours of Travel Time: 1 Total: $575.00.

I was never told that it was an estimate. However, the final charge came out to $772.50.

The customer was completely aware that this was an estimate not a flat rate. It was stated on her estimate.
