They did a wonderful job, communications before and after the move were curteous, informative, prompt and ammicable.
As far as the 4 rating on timeliness, I had an afternoon move and the move prior to mine took more time than expected as the household that was moving was not fully packed when they arrived to pick up. This put them behind schedule by two/three hours.
However, the dispatcher called to indicate they were behind, gave me an updated ETA. Once he realized he would not make it within a reasonable amount of time he contacted another truck in the area and asked them to come by. The arrived within 30 minutes of his request and they had anticipated being finished for the day prior to my move. Upon arrival the crew was extremely curteous, professional, jovial, and helpful.
I requested a piano move only, however, the guys helped me tote a few boxes to my car as I had moved the rest of my household on my own. I am very happy with my selection - and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest moving company!
