The two men who moved out belongings were great. However, I was disappointed with the customer service in setting up the move. I scheduled the move a week ahead of time for 11am on 10/31. The night before, I called and asked if I could switch the time to 7am or "late in the evening." When I told them that was not possible, he said he'd call right back and never did. When I attempted to reach them, I was connected with a dispatcher who said the movers would be at my house as scheduled (11am). They showed up at 8:30am instead, so we were not at all ready for them. Other than this, my experience was fine- the movers were courteous and efficient.
