A & B Moving

The movers were assigned to move my house last minute. They just finished another job and came straight over. They were not informed that they were moving me to Austin, and they asked all the questions I had already been asked when I booked them. The movers were nice, but in no shape to be movers. They were slow, coughing from being out of shape, and told us they needed to stop on the way to get "gas" and by get gas they meant stop for snacks. The worst part was that they had to rent a truck that was not big enough to move everything. Now we have to rent a Uhaul to move that last bit ourselves. Highly disappointing.

As far as the guys breathing hard, despite all the rumors they are human, we will correct these issues and continue to serve our customers in the fastest, most customer friendly way.
