never again..very un happy

I was given a quote and after all my stuff was picked up and ready to ship, America's Best Movers sent me an email, not a phone call, to let me know that before anything was to be shipped I had to pay and additional fees more than three times my quote. After several emails and almost two months time they charged my card the reduced amount agreed on by the both of us. It was to arrive in 7-10 days from my payment being approved, 17 days later I was contacted by the moving office saying that my stuff was put in storage due to the driver could not reach me for 3 days and that before delivery I would have to pay anouther $200 for storage fees. I never missed a call and never got a voicemail from anyone. This is a total scam I feel and will never use a moving service again. The next time I move I will do it myself. I will be making a complait with the BBB of San Jose to settle this case
