Worst Experience
The Boston Flat Rate Company quoted me one price then the final price was something else.
First of all they made my moving experience chaotic and unpleasant because of several factors like showing up an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled appointment. I still had to pack my computer and other items.
Well the "foreman" of the move packed up the computer without protective covering and my 17inch flat screen-computer monitor was ruined. I had to replace it. When I arrived at my new home the foreman demanded full payment in the middle of unloading my property to my new residence. I was told "pay now or we are not going to move the rest of your furniture."
The foreman was on the phone with his boss going back and forth about the price to charge me $89 multiplied by 6. They arrived at 8:30 a.m. and completed the move in less than 4 hrs. They were scheduled to arrive at 10 a.m. This company was highly unprofessional and discourteous to me as an customer. I would not recommend this company
