Do Not Use Orion

I can not express how disappointed am with Orion Moving. They were late in picking up our furniture. They never returned my calls and never gave me notice when they were late. The original move was scheduled for a Friday and they did not arrive till late Sunday. Everytime I had to try to track someone down on the weekend and no one would tell me if they were running late. They quoted me one price based on weight and then raised the price and told me it was now based on space. A $1,500 quote became $2,300 when it was all done. I requested early on the furniture not be delivered during a certain week since I had had surgery and my brother was out of town. They told me the movers are there and how can I work it out so they are not delayed. When I did work it out they tried to charge me a three percent credit card fee even though I had told them I could meet them early but the banks were closed. While I was trying to be nice to them by agreeing to get it early, I had to argue for over 20 minutes before they did drop that three percent charge. I will never do business with them again and I warn anyone using this website to avoid this relocation company.
