Disappointed
My stuff was picked up on the 30th of August. They told me 7-14 days, but it's been almost a month. No one responded to my e-mails and no one of authority called me backed when I called to ask them about my stuff. They gave me a delivery date and when they did not arrive and/or call, I called them and they kept telling me next week, next week, and today, again, I was told next week. I contacted the BBB of N.Y. and filed a complaint today. I did not move an entire house/apt. it was mainly my bed, tv and boxes; I was quoted $1045.00, but when the movers picked up my stuff and put it in the truck, they then tell me the final total is $2,000 (imagine if I had sent items from an entire house/apt.
