The Worst Move Ever
We were so disappointed with All Included Moving Company in Queens, NY. They initially quoted us $2,500 for the move but the day of the move, it came out to $6,400. We were not expecting to pay this amount and had to take out a loan to pay for this expense. And we had to give them $4,000cash when they arrived to our new home. In addition, there were so many nicks on our furniture and our play station box was missing. In that box was a playstation 3 with the controllers and all HD and monster cables. When we called to advise them of our missing box, they said they couldn't do anything about it. We had about $800 worth of equipment in that box and we had pictures of the box to prove it was with the other boxes. When we told the company we had pictures they wanted an actual picture of the
movers putting the box in the truck. That is a lot to ask for! When the movers arrived to our new home, they did not want to put the boxes in the designated rooms. We had labeled all the boxes according to their rooms but because the movers put everything in the living room, we had to carry the heavy boxes to each room. Finally, our king size bed was put together completely wrong and they messed up our brand new bed. Overall, our experience was absolutely horrible. We would not recommend this company at all.
