They were around 4.5 hrs late and I had to contact them regularly to figure out how late they would be. They never called me themselves to tell me that they would be late. They tore my mattress and scratched my furniture. They also left my bed disassembled and my friend had to assemble it with me. Surely not recommend them to anyone.

I would suggest to agree with the moving company the delivery date to set expectation -- be it a date range or do you need your stuff to be delivered on a specific date.
