4 of my boxes were, at first, lost, they thought. Included in these boxes were 2 pieces of sculpture, a very good rug and a practically brand new flat screen tv. Then 9 days later they told me that they had been stolen!!!
They were only willing to pay me $60.00. In addition to this, if the boxes had been delivered the price would have been at least double the estimate. And they go by weight and do not subtract the millions of blankets they wrapped around all my stuff to protect it, which seemed insane to me.
