You state on a scale from 1 to 5 were the movers on time? You gave a 5. How did they handle your belongings? You gave another 5. Was the staff courteous? Again we got a 5. Then you also claimed under the category "after your move" did you have any damages? You entered yes. This we are finding hard to understand after you gave us 5's in all categories. Also nothing was ever mentioned to us about any damage at any time whatsoever. As far as the estimate, when we came to do the estimate we were under the assumption that you the customer were going to take apart a very difficult 10 piece bunk bed with additional set of stairs to save time. If this was indeed done then you would not have been billed for an additional 2 hours that it took to take apart the bunk bed and also to reassemble. Also the men did have all the materials and did shrink wrap all items. As far as the traveling time, every mover in the state of Rhode Island is required to charge from gate to gate. We did inform you at the time of the estimate that it was from the time the men leave until the time they return. Furthermore, this is the only complaint in the last 12 years of our company. Sorry you are not happy but I guess there was a total misunderstanding about who was to take apart and then put together the bunk bed. Sorry you feel this way.
