Nightmare

We were told that my daughter's belongings would be delivered between Aug 2nd and August 5th. We flew to Tucson and stayed in a hotel to wait. I e-mailed am/pm everyday asking for updates. I was always told, "They'll be there. They will call 24 hours out." Finally, on the 6th I called and he said he would check again. He told me that our belongings had never left Dallas. We spent $600 on a hotel for nothing - not to mention flying out there. Then I said I may take our business elsewhere. They said I could pick up my things if I paid them $500. When the delivery finally came, the boxes were all crushed. Items were damaged and I will be reporting a claim.
