Our Move
The movers were good once they got there.
The rep from Nation promised the movers would p/u on a specific date and time with the next day As a backup for rain only. Come to find out that isn't true -- it's a 2 day window. That was in the fine print but I was not told this verbally, which was critical because no one was living there as it was a partial move and we were 90 miles away and had to go back and forth twice in 2 days.
Also on the 2nd day of this window for pick up (because it was now raining ironically) the movers were 4 hours late from their noon time p/u and arrived at 4 pm. They never once called to say they were running late so again we were standing around for hours in an empty home without even a chair to sit on.
Most of what we were moving was garage stuff. We had to call to find out what was happening Once again we were told to be there around 1:30, 2, and we are running late. We didn't get moved in until 10 that night because of how late they ran.
