Good crew blinded by the contract

I was not given the estimate of the total costs. They should have listed items that needed to be wrapped in order to be moved in the contract. They would not move my bed, coach, and love seat unless they were wrapped by them. They charged me $25 for each item that needed to be wrapped plus the packing and unpacking fees. I felt blinded sided by the costs and this moving company. The driver, and two men moved very quickly and were extremely careful with my items. I would recommend the driver and crew but the contract needs to be more explicit because I read it several times and no where did it say that anything wrapped in fabric needed additional precautions.
