Don't Use Serenity Van Lines

This move has been a nightmare that won't end. We still don't have all our belongings and had many valuable items broken and/or destroyed. This was a second rate company pretending to be professional. The sales guy was clueless, the office staff inept and the dispatcher as rude and unprofessional as a person can be. We were never treated like the valuable customers we are/were. I would never, ever, recommend this moving company.
