Dissatisfied

This moving company was scheduled to come between 9-10 a.m., but they did not arrive until 4-5 p.m. They did not inform me that they were going to be late and all day they gave me the run-around telling me by the after noon they would be there, by 3 p.m., then finally they arrived between 4 and 5 p.m. and they hand me a stack of paperwork to sign telling me about the fact that all of the furniture must be wrapped a certain way, something I was never informed of by the estimator. Each item that was not wrapped or boxed that certain way that a large fee attached to it. I thought that it was horrible to be placed in the situation of finding that information out so last minute, this was paperwork that the estimator could have given me.
