A Total Nightmare
I was told by the senior salesman of All My Sons Moving & Storage that my household items would arrive in three to nine days; however, my household items arrived in 13 days but I was never given an update on the status of the delivery unless I called numerous times. Every time I called and was told they didn’t have a date yet, I let them know that it was totally an unacceptable answer, they didn’t care at all. The day my household items arrived, I was given 90 minutes notice to be at my apartment, although I was told initially I would receive a call first 48 hours in advance, then 24 hours, then several hours prior to arrival. Many of my household items were missing, including a flat screen TV, large corner computer desk, slats for bed frame to set mattress on, and a metal support frame required for my brand new $2,800 orthopedic mattress. Many of my household items were also damaged. The guys who delivered my household items said this is, by far, the worse move (in terms of loss and damage) they have experienced in their careers – they said they were extremely embarrassed and did not want to even accept the tip I offered to them. Despite leaving numerous messages for the owner, warehouse manager, and the
moving coordinator/manager to call me asap, they have all absolutely refused to return my calls (showing total disregard not only to the me the customer, but also lack of ownership to a move gone very bad).
