Other than showing up on time at the origin point it was a disaster. It took 16 days to deliver my belongings, which was estimated at five to seven days. They charged us over $400 for boxes that they said that we needed. (Probably could have purchased those boxes myself for under $100). The driver called on a Friday afternoon and said they needed cash or a Post Office Money Order for the balance of the payment. When I called the office to question why (they accepted a personal check for the initial $2,100 at origin) they were very rude and insulting. When they finally delivered they said the headboard could not be taken up the stairs without removing the entire banister and they wouldn't do that so they left it in the garage.(My son and I were able to perform the task with a small amount of creativity and effort and did not have to remove the banister). In summary, they overcharged, were rude and difficult to deal with and lazy.
