The movers were on time during the packing stage -- very professional and fast. We were over on the cubic ft from the original estimate so it did cost a little more. The delivery was a little late due to the fact that the driver called the day before and said it would be after noon for the delivery. We called Elite to find out when the delivery would be done since they hadn't shown up after 3 p.m. They called back and said they would be there that night or the next day. I said 'no' - we took for work to be there and they next day wouldn't work (unless they wanted to pay us for staying home again). The truck showed up at 7 p.m. with only the driver. He ended up unloading by himself. We ended up unwrapping all of the blankets used to protect the items as well as assembling the kitchen table. I felt sorry for the driver having to unload a sofa, electric lift recliner and all the boxes by himself but he was the one that let his crew leave before the delivery. All and all the move went smooth - no real damage - just a few boxes crushed a little due to air space.
