Not So Hot

I was promised some moving services that I did not receive. I had some furniture that was new and had not been assembled and although I know they do not usually assemble this, I asked specifically if they would since this move was so small. The scheduler said as long as the move was under three hours, they would put it together. They did not. Also, the timeframe for them to move me was between 4-6 p.m.. However, at about 6:15p.m. they finally called and said they were having truck problems and were sending someone else out. An hour later they finally showed up to finish my move, with no apologies and rolling their eyes when I showed them the furniture that had to be moved. I was not at all happy with this move.
