Very Costly Experience
This was a two-day move -- the first day was the packing and loading of the truck. The supervisor was very responsive, but did not oversee packing very well. I noticed there was a waste of
boxes/ packing materials ie. a wardrobe box with seven thin tops and 30 empty hangers, a wardrobe box used for quilt and pillows, a box with plastic containers that was one-third full of paper-- they probably could have used a lot less of this which cost me $2,900. On the second day, there was a new supervisor that did not oversee the move well. A large gate was smashed through and broken and a fence broke. I still have to file a formal claim and have my gate replaced.
