Horrible Experience
The
movers were three hours late and I had to call numerous times for several weeks. I just wanted to try and reach someone to set a date for the delivery of my items and to find out the final weight. Once I finally reached the general manager, he was rude, condescending, loud and insulting--to name a few things. At least this explains the poor communication and customer service of everyone involved. The person delivering my furniture did not have help with off loading my items and eventually recruited some of my neighbors to help without my consent. Now I have had two strange men in my home in a new area, where I do not know anyone. At this point I have made five phone calls and sent an e-mail to discuss a claim. I have a broken trunk and four missing
boxes. Not one person from claims has reached out to me to discuss these matters. I truly hate that I have to continue dealing with this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will gladly advertise their poor service to all those I know in the market for movers to ensure no one else has to be treated with such disrespect. I do regret choosing this company.
