Regretfully, this customer grossly underestimated the number of items needing to be moved. We did the right thing by informing the customer BEFORE loading the items to give the customer the option to select fewer items to be moves or to cancel the move. No resaonable person would expect a mover to move twice as many items as provided by the customer for the same price as quoted for half as many items. Unfortunately, even with all our effort to make every customer happy, this customer had an unrealistic expectation regarding their move.
