Experiences of my Move

The movers were very professional. One of my concerns was a lack of communication while the move was going on. From April 1-12, I wasn't sure where my items were. There needs to be a better communication system that makes clear to the customer. The contract is not very clear and I became upset because I was told at one point that the compay operates seven days a week and then some of the staff spoke of business days. Business Days was not clearly defined and I was put on a confusing schedule for delivery of items.
