More Like One Star
This was the worst experience ever. Five Star Movers turned out to be One Star Movers. First of all the owner was very argumentative with me no matter what my questions were. He was very bad at customer service. No follow up was made ever to us. Five Star made a lot of promises to us that they could not keep. We did not know our household goods would be brokered and handled by multiple people. The owner led me to believe that the driver who picked up my goods would also be the one to deliver it to Texas. This was an out of state move from Wisconsin to Texas. Our good arrived two days later than promised. We had to call Five Star to find out where our stuff was, only to find that the truck broke down on the road in Oklahoma. This was the worst experience ever and I would not recommend this company, not even for a local move. If you do decide to use them, get everything in writing.
