The owner of the company, Jeff Anett, came to my home personally to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about what it would take to accomplish my move, which included packing all my belongings AND moving them across town, all in one day! He provided an excellent crew. They arrived early, as a matter of fact, and worked VERY hard all day long.
They were extremely careful with all my belongings and furniture, and never scratched a wall or banister throughout the entire move. Jeff and his movers were very professional, and I definitely feel the money was well spent. The job took just a bit longer than expected because I ended up moving more things than originally had planned to, but I did not mind paying over what the estimate was in order to have the job done how I wanted it done. I would absolutely use Last Mile again.
