Beware Hidden Costs
Watch for those hidden charges. Quote indicated that the first flight of stairs would be free, but we had to pay $75. It was also indicated that the wrapping and protecting of large items would be free, but we had to pay an additional $576. The owner of the company talked to me, but made excuses about this. When our furniture did arrive, it was held hostage until we paid the balance, even the disputed $75 and $576 wrapping charge. I am going to fight them until the end, using all consumer protection agencies.
