Positive and Negative

I would not have been as upset about them being two hours late if they would have called and let me know. I had to track them down to find out where they were. Then when they were coming, they did not have directions and my friend had to spend 15 minutes on the phone giving them directions. They should have already had directions and not have wasted our time. The two guys were nice, strong and took great cate of my belongings, so everything got done. Still, this experience wasn't as positive as I would have liked.
