Movers were very courteous; however we were unhappy with several issues. We were told we would receive a call 24-48 hours prior to the move in order to let us know when they would be at our place. We didn't receive this call until about 10 minutes before they arrived. They estimated that the move would take five hours to complete, but it took over eight hours. We also asked for an approximate time when they would arrive at the destination, where we were told between 8-10a.m. At noon we still hadn't heard anything from them. We finally received a call that afternoon saying they'd made another stop first and would arrive soon. They arrived at our place around 5p.m. I was very unhappy with the poor estimates on timing, as I had taken time off from work and rearranged my personal schedule to accommodate the movers; yet I didn't receive accurate information at any time. In addition, three photos were missing; however, I did not file a claim because the piece count was correct. The movers wrapped all my photos themselves, so I was unable to determine how they were originally packaged.

Response from Cousins USA Moving & Storage
Moving can be a stressful event. We can understand the frustration involved with coordinating the delivery of the furntiure. While this is no excuse for the breakdown in communication, the pickup and delivery were both made on the dates scheduled and the total cost of the move was exactly as quoted. All in all this move was a success. As for the missing items, if the piece count was correct, the items were not tendered to us.
