Make sure to pack your items using as few boxes as possible. It makes a huge difference to have a few big boxes versus a lot of small ones. I think we would have cut our time and cost nearly in half had we taken the time to get larger boxes and fill them more efficiently. Also, making sure everything is completely packed and stacked up in one to two rooms. This really helps the movers out. The more prepared you are, the faster they will be and the lower your costs will end up.
