They lost my appointment time, but promised to be there when I verified. I could tell they had probably scheduled another move at that time, so they were 4 hours late (just in time for rush hour) but the guys were nice, they worked fast, and they knew what they were doing. Overall, I don't regret using them.

The movers were about 15 mins late, which is okay. The actual time taken was about 3 hours but they billed for 3.5 hrs. Additionally they didn't pick up a lot of things (like potted plants, etc) which...
