Spring Move

We had an extremely heavy couch with built-in recliners and getting up the stairs was a challenge. One spindle on the railing was cracked, but overall they did a great job. The head mover, when payment was due, made a point about the tip and that it was customary to give the head mover more in tip money. We didn't think that was an inappropriate comment.
