Good company, but inaccurate moving estimate

If grading my move experience, I would give it a "B." The movers were courteous and professional, with only a few small damages to be expected. They were also on time, and the office staff was very considerate and responsive to calls and questions prior to the move. However, the move itself, which was estimated to take 3.5 hours, ultimately took six hours - a 71 percent increase in time over the original estimate. This was disappointing as the load was, if anything, small in size, all boxes were packed on mover arrival, and the weather was sunny (but not hot). This suggests that either the estimates are inaccurate in terms of time expected, or there is considerable variability in the rate at which movers load and unload items on any given move.
