Moving Review

This was a USG State Department move for my effects that had been stored for over two years. The damage was on the packing end - the movers here in Florida (and the warehouse in Maryland) tried to compensate for the Kansas unskilled labor used in the packout.

Estimate was for 6 hours plus some wrapping of glass. Actual was 4 hours, but still charged for the total time. Not good.

The estimate... make sure you understand every part of it. Call back and ask questions. I was overcharged which they are supposedly refunding. I didn't make a big deal about minor dings in my furnitur...
