Bad experience

My appointment was for 9 a.m. No one arrived until 12:15 p.m. They did not call me to let me know they would be late. I called them three times before someone arrived after being told they would have an hour delay. They stopped for food and gas and charged me an additional hour for travel. This was not discussed at time of quote that the drivers would stop for gas and food prior to leaving the initial destination. A discount was quoted from sales rep, the owner of company did not agree or adhere to. After the moving company moves you, they lose all professionalism if you call back with any concerns. I was over charged per the hours on my receipt and I have called them daily since with no returned phone call.
