Unhappy with the company

The leather sofa was damaged in three places. Sent e-mail but no response yet. Have been working every day since the move and did not get a chance to call. But they should have responded to my e-mail. I am very unhappy with the company.

The customer did send email and have received phone call from us explaining how to file claim.He did file a claim and was compensated for the damage. Also, the movers were on time and on the workers evaluation form that the customer filled out he didn't mention any problems with the move or the movers and actually gave the movers the highest possible values.We will continue to give our customers the best service like we did so far.

I not only paid double for my move, I have major damages to my furniture and they did not deliver all of the furniture up the stairs, which was the 2nd fl. apt.
