I told rep on phone that I had nine items to be moved. I described the items. When movers arrived they stated they had me down for six items and charged me $20 more than quote. Seemed like a scam to me. I carefully researched moving companies based on price and experience. The guys that came to move us were professional and courteous.

Apartment Movers etc, prides itself on being a trustworthy moving company, We are not in the scam business. Our prices are based on the pieces actually moved and we only charge for pieces moved. Customer failed to mention addtional pieces during original quote. I am sorry to Mrs. Smythe that she feels that we were being dishonost but glad she had a great experience with the movers.
