The moving personnel were late for the pick up appointment but called ahead of time to inform and try to reschedule. Some of the movers did not want to break apart some of the furniture but after talking to their supervisor they repacked said items. The movers arrived early at the drop off location and called saying that I "had" to be available to receive the goods or they would charge a fee. I had to call the dispatch office to resolve the matter and arrange a drop off time in accordance with the original agreement. The movers however were respectful and quick and anytime I called the driver, dispatch or their main office I was able to reach a person or receive a call back in a short period of time.
